    Liam Slater is an exercise physiologist and strength & conditioning coach with 10+ years in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Head of Performance at Volleyball Australia, he brings elite sport experience from the ACT Brumbies and Raiders, applying evidence-based programming to enhance performance and prevent injury.
