What it is

Fine-tuning your next best move

Our running assessments are perfect for runners, field sport athletes, and anyone wanting to run faster, more efficiently, and with less risk of injury.

Using video analysis and strength testing, we assess how you move, then provide feedback and targeted exercises to improve performance, reduce pain, and support your running goals.

Where we start

Your 1:1 experience

We begin by understanding your training background, injury history and performance goals.

Using tools like VALD ForceDecks or ForceFrame and video analysis, we assess your running or sprinting technique and measure key strength and power markers.

This session also includes speed coaching with a focus on improving sprint technique, acceleration and running mechanics to help you become faster and more agile in your sport.

How we keep moving

Your personalised plan

Take the real-time feedback on your form forward. We will equip you with cues and drills to improve mechanics, running economy, or sprint performance based on your needs.

Whether you book a one-off assessment or regular sessions, we get you the insights you need to do the hard stuff with safety and smarts.
