High Performance Screening & Athlete Profiling
Whether you’re pushing for a new personal best, chasing higher performance on the field, or building strength to avoid injury, you want every edge. So do we. At Hybrid, we combine advanced testing technology with exercise physiology, physiotherapy, and real-world sporting experience to give you clear insights and a plan to unlock your next level.
What it is
Turning data into performance
High Performance Screening & Athlete Profiling is designed for athletes and active individuals who want to optimise performance, reduce injury risk, and track measurable progress.
Using VALD ForceDecks and ForceFrame, we test strength, power, mobility, and movement efficiency – highlighting your strengths, imbalances, and areas for improvement. This objective data forms the foundation of a personalised performance plan.
Where we start
Your performance profile
We begin with a 1:1 consultation, discussing your training history, sport demands, injury background, and performance goals.
From there, we run a full testing suite – measuring force, power, movement quality, and asymmetries through VALD technology.
You’ll leave with a clear breakdown of your results and individualised recommendations to sharpen performance, build resilience, and keep you progressing with purpose
How we keep moving
Your personalised plan
Your results don’t just sit on a report – they shape a clear, practical plan for your performance. We’ll equip you with tailored insights and strategies to address imbalances, build strength, and push your limits safely.
Whether it’s a one-off profile or regular screenings, we give you the tools to keep progressing with confidence.

Your questions, answered
-
What is high performance screening?
It’s a comprehensive assessment that measures strength, power, mobility, and movement quality. Using VALD technology, we identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential injury risks.
-
Who is it for?
Any athlete or active individual—whether you’re a weekend warrior, elite competitor, youth athlete, or returning from injury. It’s ideal for improving performance and reducing injury risk.
-
What does the session involve?
You’ll complete a series of objective tests, including strength, jump, and mobility assessments using VALD ForceDecks and ForceFrame. We also review your movement patterns and sport-specific demands.
-
How long does it take?
Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, depending on your sport, injury history, and testing requirements. A follow-up review may be recommended.
-
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Wear activewear and runners. Be ready to move, jump, and lift. If you’re returning from injury, let us know so we can tailor testing appropriately.
-
Will I get a report?
Yes. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of your results, including charts, benchmarks, and clear recommendations.
-
n this help reduce injury risk?
Absolutely. By identifying imbalances or deficiencies early, we can target risk factors before they become injuries.
-
Will I get a training program from this?
Yes. We provide individualised training or rehab guidance based on your results, and can integrate with your coach or existing program if needed.
-
How often should I be tested?
Every 3–6 months is ideal for tracking progress, especially during preseason, post-rehab, or when adjusting training loads.
-
Is it covered by private health?
Yes. Sessions are conducted by accredited exercise physiologists and may be claimable under private health, depending on your cover.
