IntroductionBy accessing our website, booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
AppointmentsAppointments are required for all physiotherapy, exercise physiology and testing services.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your appointment duration.
Hybrid Athletic reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if clinically appropriate.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee (up to the full consultation fee).
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged at the full rate.
Payment TermsPayment is required on the day of service unless pre-approved.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, HICAPS and online payments.
Outstanding accounts may be referred to debt recovery services.
Health Rebates & FundingPrivate health insurance rebates depend on your individual policy.
NDIS and third-party funding require relevant approval and documentation.
Hybrid Athletic cannot guarantee rebate eligibility.
Clinical ConsentBy attending Hybrid Athletic, you consent to:
Assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription and testing
Use of VALD technology, gait/running analysis and strength assessments
Clinical documentation and secure data storage
Communication with relevant health professionals involved in your care
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Risks and ResponsibilitiesPhysiotherapy and exercise interventions may involve risks such as:
Temporary soreness or fatigue
Exacerbation of existing symptoms
Minor discomfort with manual therapy or testing
You agree to follow clinician instructions and disclose any changes to your condition.
Performance Testing & Running AssessmentsBy booking testing services, you acknowledge that:
Testing data may be used for clinical decision-making
Reports may be shared with you, your referrer or coach (with consent)
High-performance assessments involve physical exertion and carry minimal risk
Website UseInformation on our website is general and not a substitute for personalised clinical advice.
You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with security or functionality.
Intellectual PropertyAll website content, branding, logos, copy and media belong to Hybrid Athletic and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Hybrid Athletic is not liable for:
Injuries arising from non-adherence to prescribed programs
Misuse of exercises outside clinical guidance
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients
External service issues (e.g., third-party software outages)
