Strength & Conditioning
Whether you’re returning from injury, building power for competition, or chasing your next performance edge, our strength and conditioning sessions are built around you. Run by accredited exercise physiologists, every program blends evidence-based training with hands-on coaching to maximise results while keeping you safe.
What is it
Structured, progressive training
Strength & Conditioning sessions combine the best of science and sport. From compound lifts and plyometric work to conditioning and mobility drills, each session is tailored to your goals, sport, and injury history.
With expert coaching, you’ll build strength, develop explosive power, and improve movement efficiency – helping you perform at your best and stay there.
Where we start
Your first session
We begin with a check-in on your training load, recovery, and any injury updates before running through a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body.
From there, you’ll complete a tailored strength program that may include compound lifts, injury-specific exercises, or sport-focused movements. Depending on your goals, we may also incorporate plyometrics, conditioning, or mobility drills.
Sessions wrap up with recovery strategies, progress review, and program updates to keep you moving forward.
How we keep moving
Your personalised plan
Every session is designed to adapt with your progress and training phase. We’ll provide you with the tools, structure, and feedback to build resilience and strength that lasts.

Your questions, answered
-
Who are these sessions for?
Athletes of all levels, active individuals, or anyone rebuilding strength after injury.
-
What’s the difference between a regular gym session and this?
These are run by accredited exercise physiologists who tailor training to your goals, sport demands, and injury history—prioritising safety, progression, and performance.
-
Do I need to be fit or strong to start?
Not at all – programs are scaled to your current level, whether you’re new to training, post-injury, or experienced.
-
What happens in a typical session?
You’ll complete a warm-up, structured strength work, power or mobility training (if relevant), then finish with recovery strategies.
-
Can these sessions help with injury rehab or prevention?
Yes. Many clients use S&C to bridge the gap between rehab and full return to sport, or to target areas of weakness.
-
Will I get a personalised program?
Yes – your program is based on your goals and assessment, and updated regularly as you progress.
-
Can I train outside these sessions?
Absolutely – we’ll help balance your program with your existing sport or conditioning.
-
What should I wear or bring?
Activewear, supportive shoes, water bottle, and towel.
-
How often should I attend?
Most benefit from 1–2 sessions per week depending on training phase and availability. Both 1:1 and group options are available.
-
Can I claim this on private health?
Yes – if you have appropriate extras cover. Sessions run by accredited exercise physiologists may be eligible for rebates.
